"The only thing they are good for is cashing a check. When it comes to helping you with a claim, they are less than useless. State Farm in general is one of the more expensive and useless insurance companies to go with. When you combine it with an agency that does nothing but take your money, it makes it infinitely worse.

Save your time, save your money. Go with anyone else. I had a roof claim following a storm in March of 2024. They paid out $3300 for a $20,000 job. The adjuster would never respond. When I contacted this agent, they said they don't speak to the adjusters. It took me 6 months of fighting to get them to $3300. Initial quote was 33% lower, and that only covered a small fraction of the damage done!"
